The Boss SYB-5 uses the latest DSP technology to faithfully recreate the classic sound of an analog synthesizer with all the power and dynamics you expect from a powerful synthesizer.

  The sounds are generated by three oscillator waves (sawtooth, square, pulse), and the filters are used to modulate them according to the envelope and LFO changes you apply.
• Enhanced Wave Shape mode for sharper sound
• Built-in pedal to sustain the sound and improvise
• ViaAlso available EV-5 Expression Pedal, controls filter cutoff frequency and LFO rate specifications.
  A new external pedal input jack has been added to the SYB-5, allowing you to instantly control the filter cutoff frequency and LFO rate with a foot pedal.
