Gopherwood J-Classic VI | Elementary Bass Electric Guitar

J-Classic VIThis is the entry-level Jazz Bass electric guitar launched by Gopherwood.
A Korean-made TESLA Model J pickup set and a TESLA 72B active preamp were used.
With the 3-band EQ and midrange, players can use a wide range of tones without the need for an external Effector.

Features

Headstock:
Chrome-plated string knobs are used, and their durability and high heat resistance increase the stability of string tension.

The precise gear ratio makes its pitch more stable and less likely to go out of tune.

Body:
Using Alder as the body wood, the J-Classic VI has a solid, bright and thick sound.
There are also full midrange and excellent bass, with a slight highlight but not harsh, and providing appropriate sustain.
This timbre feature allows it to be used with ease in a variety of playing styles.

Neck:
The neck is made of maple that has been seasoned for a long time, and the texture is very solid;
The thin C-shaped design makes it easy for players with small hands to control.
It adopts the U-shaped neck profile commonly used in JAZZ BASS, which was very popular in the 1970s.
A purpleheart center line was implanted to further enhance the stability of the neck.

Fingerboard:
9.5" (241MM) curved maple/purpleheart with 20 medium jumbo nickel silver frets.
WhiteJ-Classic VIIt uses a harder maple fingerboard, which gives it a more prominent high frequency; the black and blue models are equipped with a rosewood fingerboard, making the mid-range of the guitar denser and fuller.

Bridge:
The J-Classic VI is equipped with a 4-point vintage-style bridge that is mainly used for Jazz Bass.
The winding method adopts the through-type winding method through the back of the body.
Make the string tension more stable and the piano body resonance more complete.
The string spacing can also be adjusted with a hex wrench, and the player can easily adjust it according to their own preferences.

Connection processing:
The neck joint uses 4 high-strength screws.With the integrated stamped iron cover on the back,
Ensure strong support for the body and neck;
The back of the guitar body is added with a base material to improve the stability of the handle.
And at the same time increase the timbre effect of mid-bass;
The joints of the guitar body also adopt a semicircular cut design, making it easier for users to play in high positions.

Circuit system:
J-Classic VIbuilt-inTesla Model J pickups made in Korea, using the manual uneven winding technique of vintage coils.
Compared with the uniform winding process of the machine, it has a more distinctive tone expression.
The single-coil pickups at the neck and bridge give players a deep, warm, and unique vintage tone.
Also, because of the opposite design of the two coils, the noise can be reduced to a certain extent.
The American pure copper coil and Alnico 5 high magnetic force magnet give the pickup a more textured tone.
After the coil is made, the wax dipping process is used to make the coil more fixed.

J-Classic VIAlso configuredTESLA 72B PRE-AMPLIFIER,
It can provide performers with more tone power options during performance.
Use dual knobs to adjust the master volume and master tone, both active and passive can be adjusted.
In passive mode, you can operate the knob at will to adjust the amount of pickup by the neck/bridge pickup;
In active mode, the tone of the pickup can be adjusted through the knob, and the high, medium and low frequencies can be adjusted according to needs.
