The MLD bass pre-amp DI effector is based on the musical experience of the famous American bassist Melvin Lee Davis and has a variety of functions. And offers good sound shaping controls such as: 3-band EQ with mid-frequency sweep, Blend, bass cabinet simulation (IR) and built-in noise gate with attenuation and threshold control.

• Volume knob:
  Adjusts the overall output level of the effects processor. Ideal for fine-tuning the output for a clean tone, it also controls the DI output volume.
• Blend knob:
  Adjust to mix the Clean signal and the OD signal.
  The clean signal is still amplified, allowing fine control over the mix ratio.
• Drive knob:
  Adjust the gain level and also set the saturation of the overdriven tone. 3-band EQ with IF selector
  • Low frequency: +/- 12dB @40Hz
  • Mid-frequency: ±17dB @160Hz ~ 1000Hz
  • High Frequency: +/- 12dB @8000Hz
• DI output:
  Balanced XLR outputs with mic-level output signal, affected or unaffected depending on the Pre-Post switch.
• GND LFT (ground/lift-off) toggle switch:
  Disconnect the signal ground on the DI to break any ground loops.
  When using, please turn the switch to a position with less noise;
  It can be GND or LFT, depending on the conditions in the room, stage or studio. The switch does not affect the 6.35mm interface output.
• Impulse Response (IR) Toggle Switch:
  Both the DI OUT and 1/4" jack outputs can be used to activate/deactivate IR cabinet simulation.
  Use the IR toggle switch to turn on/off the output IR of your choice.
