Amazing performance equivalent to a small PA system

With 50 watts of stereo output power, two 8-inch woofers, and two tweeters, the compact CUBE Street EX makes it easy to add pure, dynamic sound to your music. With a new unique power supply circuit design developed by Roland, you can enjoy clean, high-quality sound that is unmatched by any other battery-powered amp. Output power is adjustable in three levels—Max (50 W), Normal (25 W), and Eco (10 W)—allowing you to conserve battery power when maximum power is not needed. In Eco mode, eight AA NiMH batteries will give you 20 hours of use! The CUBE Street EX can also be powered at venues with power supplies using the included AC adapter.

Multiple input terminals provide various performance setting requirements

CUBE Street EX has a built-in mixer with four independent channels to meet the connection application needs of all types of performers. The Mic/Instrument and Mic/Guitar channels have XLR/TRS integrated jacks for connecting microphones or devices equipped with 1/4-inch output terminals. Each channel has a three-band EQ and reverb effect for sound adjustment. The mono/stereo Line In channel is equipped with a 1/4-inch jack, while the Audio In channel provides a stereo 1/8-inch mini jack and also supports i-CUBE LINK connection. If all channels are occupied, you can also use the Aux In jack on the rear panel to connect another mono device.

The versatile CUBE Street EX is perfect for any musical performance. For example, the following application examples:

Powerful COSM speaker simulation and effects make the guitar sound more perfect

For guitarists, just plug in your guitar and the CUBE Street EX will instantly produce professional sounds. The COSM speaker module provides Lead, Crunch, and Clean tones for electric guitars, and with the Acoustic Simulator, you can create a variety of sounds with just one guitar. There's also an AC Preamp optimized for acoustic/electric guitars, and a handy built-in tuner. There are also chorus/delay and reverb effects, and an optional foot pedal can be used to turn the effects on/off during performances.

Improvise and record with i-CUBE LINK and CUBE JAM

Roland’s innovative i-CUBE LINK interface lets you use your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the CUBE Street EX for your performances. Use the included cable to connect i-CUBE LINK to the audio jack on your mobile device for two-way streaming with your favorite music apps. Roland’s free CUBE JAM app is the perfect companion, allowing you to jam along to music from your iTunes library and record the sound of the CUBE Street EX output into the app. CUBE JAM also has a variety of practical functions for practice, ensemble, and performance, such as independent pitch/tempo adjustment functions, and Center Cancel central audio muting function for instrumental accompaniment or karaoke applications.

Can be mounted on a tripod for sound amplification

When you place the CUBE Street EX' on the ground, it has a slanted back design that provides the best monitoring effect for street performances or stage performances. If you need a wider sound coverage, you can install the speakers on the optional ST-A95 speaker stand. With the convenient Stereo Link function, two CUBE Street EX units can be connected in series to create a powerful stereo PA system with eight independent inputs.

Lightweight yet durable design

The CUBE Street EX also follows the tradition of all Roland's famous CUBE series amplifiers, with a rugged and durable design. It has a high-strength ABS injection-molded body and has passed rigorous durability tests to ensure reliable use in a variety of outdoor performance environments. In addition to being rugged, the CUBE Street EX is also incredibly light, making it effortless to carry this amp from gig to gig. The optional CB-CS2 carrying bag provides a convenient shoulder strap and pockets for accessories, and the waterproof outer layer can provide moisture protection for the speaker during transportation.
