ModWave introduces two unique new tools for creating dynamic motion: Kaoss Physics and Motion Sequencing 2.0.
Kaoss Physics combines the x/y Kaoss pad with adjustable game physics to create a responsive, interactive controller that is fun to explore in addition to being powerful.
Motion Sequencing 2.0 brings its natural, evolving patterns to the world of motion sequencing, including multi-channel and instant recording to help you create complex and evolving phrases that are impossible with other step sequencers.

Like Wave Sequencing 2.0 (wavestate) and Modified FM (opsix), modwave's improved wavetable synthesis offers its own brand of completely unique sounds and a knob layout for each function that makes customizing those sounds quick and easy.
This new architecture supports hundreds of preset sounds, organized by front-panel Category buttons and instantly customizable via four Mod knobs. modwave’s unique wavetable sound starts with aggressive bass and leads, as well as rich ambient pads that will add new dimensions to your tracks.

With modwave's unique synth architecture, there's an endless supply of new things to explore. You can save as many sounds as you want; it has room for thousands. You can also load your own samples, import wavetables in standard formats, and create your own wavetables using the free WaveEdit software.
